Our Sports Training program offers a unique strength and conditioning technique which regardless of the sport, focuses on breaking down the athlete and building up their strength, speed, and agility through unilateral and functional movement.

Many deficiencies are masked by many bilateral movements. TFR Elite coaches work to exploit the deficiencies of the athlete, devise a program specific to these deficiencies, correct them, and prepare the athlete to be successful at the highest level possible in any sport:
