Our 6,000 square foot facility boasts a 30 foot rig that allows the space for multiple members to squat, pull up, bench press, rope climb or swing from the rings if you desire. Our brand new rowers, echo bikes and cardio equipment is sure to help you increase your anaerobic capacity, in addition to our full suite of barbells and rubber plates.
