What Makes Atlanta Performance Lab Different?

Atlanta Performance Lab is the unique intersection of strength, performance and recovery. Our ultimate goal is to help each and every member achieve optimal fitness in the safest way possible. The APL Coaching squad is highly tenured with over 20 fitness certifications between the 7 coaches, 10 Degrees and 2 Advanced Military rankings. Our brand new, 6,000 square foot facility boasts a 30 foot rig that allows the space for multiple members to squat, pull up, bench press, rope climb or swing from the rings if you desire. Our brand new rowers, echo bikes and cardio equipment is sure to help you increase your anaerobic capacity, in addition to our full suite of barbells and rubber plates.

Recovery

Not to brag, but APL is completely outfitted with HyperIce recovery compression guns, stability balls and foam rollers. We feature a specialized recovery class once a week where we teach you how use the devices and provide you a blueprint to help stay fit and safe.

We understand that sometimes our class schedule may not always work with yours, so you will have both access to your program AND access to our door so you can come in during the off hours and never miss a work out.

Our Philosophy

Two things we take seriously: Your fitness and our community. Our sports training, personal training and CrossFit programs are all highly specific and curated to meet the needs of our members, no matter where they are. We include a balance of weigh training, endurance training, muscle conditioning and recovery that allows our athletes and members to become leaner, faster and stronger. We are constantly evolving and seek to engage with our community not only through the fitness services that we offer, but with a genuine love and support of the community around us. We are unapologetically in support of diversity and inclusion in ALL aspects of our gym and we happily welcome members with the same ideals.
